No. '80 covers will only fit 78-82 split back bucket seats.

I'm almost positive they changed the seat style between those years - somewhere...

Won't fit. Seats are totally different. Here is a pic of the interior of my '75 with '81 seats (plus Hurst shifter and Grant steering wheel). :D

Re: HELP - ASAP! (mrbeaubo)
The blue covers that came with the installation kit, right? Thought about bidding on those suckers myself. That's the second time they've come up BTW--the first time nobody bid on them and the minimum bid was only $100! Stupid me, I waited and missed the auction while I was off doing something. This time they sold for about $150, still a good price, but I'd have had to dye them for my black interior.

Actually a pair of NEW red 1975 seat covers that went for 120 bucks, lost in the final seconds ;( I'm trying to haggle the buyer out of them because he has a 1974 and they're different than the 1975.

That's why I always bid in the last 15 seconds. :D Of course, I occasionally screw up and miss the auction altogether like with those seat covers.
