With just those improvements, I don't see you getting much hp or torque gains. The stock quadrajet is plenty for the stock motor. In addition, you have an emissions carb with computer, so you may not be able to put the 1405 on without other modifications.
By changing out the air cleaner, you may also lose some hp because you won't have clean air coming in.
