Hi,
does anybody of you know, from which GM-vehicle is that engine-ID:
CE2N27494 ?
A german buddy has that engine (327 cui?) in an Opel-Diplomat and wants to know, from wich car it originally comes and what years (approx.) it was build.

CE is for Chevy Engine. Is a replacement block. So it is from a parts bin. The 2 is for the year (72, 82, etc) The N I am not sure of, and the 27,494 is just the sequence number in its production.
