Steeroids users, I have a question.
Well, the question is for anyone using the Pontiac Grand Am center take off steering rack as used in the Steeroids kit. I need to get some shorter bolts for the tie rod mounts today, but I left the original at home. Can anyone tell me the size, thread, and length of these bolts? This is the bolt that goes through the inner tie rod and threads into the rack itself.

The thread size is M12-1.25 The length you will have to determine. And the grade should be 9.8 or 10.9. you will have to determine the length, Make sure you have good thread engagement, but not to long that it bottoms out inside the rack. And use locktight 40ft.lb. is the torque spec.
