Locked In Park ???????
Backed my 77 out, turned it off. Went out to leave for work and it will not come out of park. What is going on...it is locked in park. Any throughts from the brothers here?

I'm not an expert on these....but I believe there is an interlock cable from shifter to column. Look under hood and see if it goes to a lever where column comes out of firewall. Move it around and see what happens.
Sometimes the column housing gets loose and you can wrap your hand around it and twist it to get it unlocked.
