Another FI question
What type of pumps are you guys running. Walbro seems to be the pump of choice out there. Can the 255 pump handle 500HP. I know they say it can but is anyone really doing it. Also are you using the stock 3/8 hard line from the tank to the front and what about a return line. It does not seem like the 1/4 inch line from the cannister would be large enough for a return line. I read a little on the LS motor swaps about this but am wondering about the fuel supply for 500HP and what size lines and pump I would need.

Holley rates their pumps in HP. Their EFI models are 400 and less and the bigger one out to 700 hp. They rate them in PPH

I'm using the Walbro 255 LPH pump that came with the Holley EFI package. It has worked fine for many years and has no problem supplying fuel for my 454. I'm using the stock 3/8 feed line and added a 3/8" steel return line.
