Ammeter Circuit
Ever want to know how exactly the amp meter circuit works?
I worked on this for a while today. Its actually for a 69 so YMMV.
I distilled this down from a 3 page schematic I got from Roger. Then figured out how it works and made some notes

Look at the connections at A and B. Thats about the only thing that will do that, a bad/intermittent connection at either point will shunt to much current into the meter

Look close at B...its the fusible link and on the 69 I'm working on its "stuffed" up under the wiper motor.The one I'm working on has the insulation on the link wore off and partially melted.Vettecrazy yours might be the same.
