Default Oxygen Sensor Location?

I have a 1982 corvette. Does anyone know where the oxygen sensor is located? Is it difficult to replace? Thanks

It's in the headpipe just below the exhaust manifold on the driver's side. It simply unscrews.

If the last person who installed it (usually the factory) used the prescribed anti-seize on it, it will simply unscrew. I just replaced the one on my 300,000-mile Vette, and it "simply unscrewed." If someone replaced it and failed to use the anti-seize (like the guy who installed your exhaust system 500 miles ago), it will probably be a bear to get out.

The oxygen sensor on my exhaust was under the car right before the catylic convertor.
