GM Performance Engine Identification?

GM Performance Engine Identification?
I have bought a 30 Chevy coupe Hot Rod...
Yes we still have our Vettes
I am told the engine is a 2001, 1100 mile GM Performance Crate 350...
I believe it to be true...
My question is...what EXACTLY have I got?
I know you guys here in C3 are some pretty darn smart engine guys so I am asking for your help...
There is a metal tag attached to the block on the passenger side, below the exhaust Header...
My eyes are old and I was tired when I read it tonight but I can tell you that the Serial # is 5015483...there are no letters...
There is also another number that is 12498968...
It says something before it but I cant see it because it is behind the header...
The intake apears to be aluminum and apears to be a little taller than normal and has a raised GM with a raised checkered flag after it up front near the radiator hose neck on the drivers side...
I would LOVE to know exactly what I have...
Can anybody here help me find out ???

i think i read the 6 for an 8...
its 12496968 NOT 12498968...
heres a link...i'm sure the 2007 model is a little different than the 2001 but it looks exactly the same...
