Default Automix Gun??

Best source for an automix gun to stick my front clip back together? What to put in it?
I see on Ebay there are 2 sizes: 200ml and 400ml, requireing different guns. Whats the best to go with? I have door skins, entire front clip and rear bumper cover to put together so I need a good system.

thanks guys

Most paint supply stores will loan you the gun so you don't need to buy it. I always use the big one...

Chances are they won't loan you one for all that work. I bought a new SEM gun and I use their adhesives. The gun was the least expensive of the 3 major companies. Check your local paint store for the price because it might be less than a used 3M gun with shipping. Unless you prefer 3M adhesives.

Whichever gun you buy, you have to use that companies adhesives. 3M tubes won't fit in a SEM gun for example. Quite a racket these companies designed.

I couldn't find an Automix gun for less than $100, even used on eBay. I ended up spending $30 for a tube of Evercoat's fast-drying panel adhesive for fiberglas, SMC and plastic. It fits in a regular ol' caulk gun. I'm going to get a tube of the stuff for SMC, steel, etc. for my separating door skin.

Guys,

I'm in the adhesive industry and saw the posting. Most dispensing guns are universal. In other words, it usualy does not matter what brand of adhesive you use... what matters is what size cartridge you use. If you are using either a 50ml, 200ml, or 400ml cartridge, make sure the gun fits the individual cartridge.

You might want to try these adhesive distributors for additional pricing on guns. www.glueguru.com or www.rshughes.com.
