got a squeek on the left side front rotor /hub area..only happens when i turn ,or brake and only for a second. what i have done is new organic brake pads, new bearings, and races, swaped rotor and hubs from side to side. checked runout@ .002 thousands.sanded down rotors to take rust off edges. the only thing left is to change rotors. could front end alignment cause this? little frustrated with this. thanks for any help...
Are all of your suspension parts greased and checked for good operation? I had to replace a tie rod end on a ruck once that was squeaking like bad brakes whenever I would brake or turn. It was a metal on metal sound that happened when the weight of the vehicle shifted.
Mine does the same thing, just a " squeak..squeak..squeak".. when goin down the road and a little more when breaking. Everything looks fine with the suspension. Could it be the bearings? It seems to be just coming from the front left. Gets pretty annoying when driving with the tops off or windows down.

Bearings shouldn't squeak if they are in good shape and lubed properly.
Post posters - Have either of you checked your stabilizer bar bolts? A-arm stud bolts? A-arm rod end bolts? Caliper bolts? Shock bolts?
I'm just thinking anything that might be a smidge loose and cause a metal on metal sound when moved ever so slightly.
