..... most drag/bracket cars that have back-halves or full chassis have Lexan-windows, so try a reputable chassis-shop, such as S&W Race Cars in Spring City, Pa.

I can't imagine that such a window is as safe as safety glass.

...try a search in google with 'speedglass'...i have their lexan windshield and it's of very good quality, more then a year and it's like the same day...better visibility then glass with half its weight.

I'm sure they have side windows as well.

In CA you need to have a glass windshield, but all other windows can be missing or replaced with lexan and you'd still be within the law.

I never drive my vette in the rain...If i did i think i'd use one of those chemicals.

To clean the windshield you need to have an extra care, specially with dust. I clean it pouring water on it and dry with a soft natural skin.

My rear window is Lexan, no sides, front standard 70 Corvette. I pulled the old Lexan rear window out, took it to the local plastics/lexan supplier, he used it as a pattern, I had it in 48 hrs and the new one cost about $80.
Check with your local supplier in your area, I will be surprised if they can't make it for you cheap in any thickness etc. that you want.
Beware....it will scratch far easier than glass

So can you use wipers with lexan if you're careful?
