How about this question.

With a company like this one. How often would you expect them to complete an above average transaction?

For me above average is.

I ask for it, they hand it to me, I pay them, They give me a receipt and I leave.

I personally wont deal with someone who is less than 70 percent on the ball. Thats if they are really nice to me. And trying to do better.

If they are ahole know it alls. They better be really close to perfect.

In-Line supplied me with SS lines for my 66 GTO resto. Even provided free of charge the tar wrap that protects the line where it goes thru the frame when I called them and suggested the one supplied on the line was shorter than factory. They also offered suggestion on how to replace the covering. I plan on using them on my 81 Vette resto. Nice product, nice service and fair pricing.

That's for sure, I've delt with them numerous times and once in a while I get a guy on the phone that sounds like a high school drop out and knows nothing about their products nor does he care. But overall, I have been satisfied with their products and delivery.

Just a note on how I rate a company, not this one but any company. If they deliver the correct part on time at a reasonable cost, then so far they are a good company.

If they deliver the wrong part and give me grief trying to get the correct part they are not a good company and I would not deal with them again.

That is why they lost my business. There are too many of these folks out there that can do the same thing, which is why I will try them next.
