Mine is also non delay. I could only find the delay switch from NAPA.
I took mine apart and cleaned it, soldered it a bit and it's been working
for over a year now, AND I live in WASHINGTON STATE and drive my Vette year round. The wipers get alot of use

The delay feature did not become available until approximately mid-1978 production. Vehicles with the RPO B3x on the build sheet had the pulse wiper system deleted. Vehicles with this code have been seen as late as serial number 18485. According to NCRS

Riks was one of my first choices, they dont have it either. Mine is the one with the delay. Everybody shows they have it but when it comes time to ship, they dont. I've had two guys say they put their hands on it, but neither one had it. I have seen two for sale on the net, both of them were for 150 bucks or more. I'll stick a toggle switch in before I pay that for a 40 dollar part. Sooner or later someone will start making them. Hopefully by the time I get home from the next deployment!!

I have a part that looks alot like that but it sits on the heater box and controls the valves to open and close it.
