I am almost finished setting up my new 750 Speed Demon. It runs great. 4-corner idle is the way to go. Now that the weather is getting cold, I am going out and watching the choke open up and setting the pull-off speed of the choke. I have noticed it warms up smoother if I hold the choke flipper open just a little more than what it wants to start out at.
My question: Is there an adjustment that I can set that makes the choke flipper stay more open at cold startup. When the flipper closes all the way, it runs ruff until the flipper starts to pull off?

There is no choke pulloff on the Speed Demon like there is on a Q-Jet and some Holleys. If you need the choke to be cracked open a touch more, you just have to loosen the screws holding the choke housing in place and rotate it to the "lean" position. This will crack the choke open for you.
