If one caliper is leaking, the others are not far behind. I'd look seriously at doing a complete job. VB&P has a good deal on SS calipers- and complete kits. I just did mine- already had the ss sleeves so I did o ring pistons and new pads, with ss flex lines.
Sounds like you may be needing to rebuild or replace all 4 soon and possibly the master cylinder as well. Corrosion from moisture is the biggest issue with these systems and they should be flushed out at every two years as preventative maintenance.
As a side thought if this is an original '69 and you are concerned with originality, you want to make sure to have the correct caliper casting numbers on the car. Some vendors offer the ability to rebuild your calipers and return them to you for an added handling charge.

I would suggest to do a complete brake job. If one is leaking, then the others may be prone to a similar situation. If you do not know when the last brake job was, then err on the side of safety and do all 4 wheels at once. Also this would be a good time to change out the rubber brake lines to new ones.
That way you will know what has been replaced and when.
It's your brakes... fairly essential... VBP does offer a good deal for the whole kit. I had some minor issues with my kit but they work well now.
After you press that pedal and get NOTHING for the first time, you kind of take your brakes pretty seriouly.
The peace of mind alone is worth every penny.
