My mechanic tells me my distributor shaft/bushings are worn, suggests it's time for a new one. What is a good choice to put on my 75? I have a 350 w/iron vortec heads, roller rockers, headers connected to true dual exhaust 2 1/2 " w/ flowmasters, eledbrock 600 cfm carb & intake manifold, and a mild cam. Any suggestions?
DUI is probably the best, then Accel Blueprinted and I have even used the $45.00 ebay ones, they work well too, but don't have the good wear buttons and bushings.

Why don't you just pop a new set of bushings into your stock distributor...? The brand of distributor you choose (including the bone stock Delco) is not important - what's important to performance is the advance curve and tuning level you put into it. You can tune a stock GM unit to run with the best of the aftermarket units at a fraction of the price. Use what you have and fix it up.
Thanks for the replys, I wish I checked the forum last night. I ordered a DUI this morning. I believe I'll order a set of bushing and attempt to rebuild the stock as a backup.
