You need to get in under the console/gauge bezel where it meets the shifter console and undo two nuts (don't know what size, but I used a crescent wrench to pop them and then undid them the rest of the way by hand).
Then unscrew the bezel around the sides with a phillips screwdriver [Be sure to start up at the top and pull the wiper controls first, it makes life a LOT easier]
Then pull it out and up. Disconnect the gauge wiring (making sure to label the wires and what they go to) and then you're set.
Use a jeweler's flathead screwdriver on the screw in the center of the **** that adjusts the time for the clock, and then undo the bolts on the back of the gauge and it should just pop right out.
