This is an all stock system, not aftermarket? The system is a TXV type which means the compressor does not cycle. The first place I'd look is your control unit, the one in the console with the wheels.

console. i also changed the relay on the wheelwell by the compressor.

Take the control unit out of the console and watch it closely as you move the wheel. I'm suspecting one of the switches is adjusted wrong. One of the switches will turn the blower off when the control is set to "off". If it's adjusted wrong it will shut it off to soon (when the control is on AC or MAX/AC).

There is a blocking relay on the passanger side next to the anti-dieseling relay that was bad. We traced the wiring back to it.
There was a bad contact in the relay. when the compressor turned
on the relay couldn't handle the load. I changed the relay and all works well.
