Default 77 vette intake question

Just got my first vette about 6 months ago. Working on getting the body off. I have read in some threads about intakes. Mine has an L48. When I bought it, it came with a Edelbrock Torker II intake. If this is a good intake, I will just clean it and use it. Just wanted to know what other people thought?

Probably not the best choice esp. if basically stock w/ auto.
For stock or mild the EPS or the previous Performer 2101 which has the Edelbrock logo directly behind the thermostat housing on the valley cover rather than on the passenger side runner as on the current design.

For high power setups the RPM is better. The med. rise hood allows the Victor Jr, RPMs & others on SB w/ aftermarket (about 1") dropbase filter (about 3") & Holley.
