Ignition shield mounting
Before I jump into removing the bolts on the intake manifold to bolt up the ignition shield supports is there anything I should be aware of and during the installation of the bolts holding the ignition shield supports, Should I use some sort of sealer on the threads. Also looking in the manual for the torque limits on the bolts and I'm not 100% sure how much to torque up.
My vette is a 1970, small block 350/300hp stock manifold.

Thank you very much for the information. I wasnt able to start the job on installing the shield yesterday due to the honey do list 
but got that out of the way and will be able to install today.
