I am not sure about the exchange rate right now. But it usually is around $1.50 US dollars to the UK Pound. That would make this car around $28,000.00 US. What the heck are they smoking over there ? RIDICULOUS.
I know its pretty pricey...the website also has pictures of the frame off they did to it. But I agree, its not worth the cost...I saw this site about 6 months ago, and its still up and doesn't say "sold"...no one wants to pay 28,000 for it.

I'm smoking "Drum" (Duty free from Holland :) ). That car is just under £20,000 which, going by the exchange rate of 1.61 I just got charged, is about $32,000!!!
'Fraid that Vettes can be expensive over here (& the price of importing spares is... well, I need a screaming emoticon!) and some dealers are more expensive than others, allegedly. But, you pay for what you get, although my '81 was 1/2 the price (but no supercharger :( ) & it took me 20 years to be able to afford it. I've seen bad ones for not much less than mine cost me, so prices of good ones are high (especially restored), although that '77 is the most expensive I've seen. What with the high prices & cost of fuel, perhaps we should be smoking something
Still haven't seen that Channel 4 program though.

i dont know what they are talking about with a super charger... unless they mean the air pump... nice looking vette, and there is a cool article on there site about a 74
