Default Radio wiring

Is the radio suppose to work with the key in the acc. position? Mine does not, I have to have the key in the run position.

It should work in the acc. position. Is the ignition switch adjusted right?

Not that I can tell. I really haven't had a chance to get into it yet but it has been like this ever since I have owned the car. I never worried about it but the other day I was waiting in a parking lot for someone and it brought it back to my attention. Sounds like a job for this weekend.

Sounds like someone has rewired the radio from ACC to RUN wiring terminal.

Definetly should work on accessory. I'll bet its not hooked to the correct original wire.
