Default air damn question

Here's why I'm running hot on the highway. I know that I need to get it pulled down, but there's no way to get it pulled below the bracket(red arrow). I can bend the other bracket (green arrow) but the red one isn't moving. Is this some sort of bubba modification? If I unbolt the damn will I be able to move it to where it needs to be and then be able to tighten it back up? FWIW, I pushed up the damn up a little to get a good pic. The painted portion of the dam gets hung right where the brackets meet(yellow). Even if I got it over the "hump" it still doesn't seem like it would go all the way down .

I had the same problem. It can be pryed down,it will flex backwards then pop in but BE CAREFULL. The best way I got it down was push it back and down from the center
Good luck

Thanks Douglas. So the main bracket(red) is where it's supposed to be? Seems like there would be a lot of prying to do since it looks like it would need to come back around an inch.

Don't worry it will flex back and down. It will rest back in place where the Yellow arrow is

You mean green arrow ? The yellow is where it is getting hung up.

Does anybody have a pic they can post or confirm that it is supposed to fit on top of the bracket with green arrow? As always, thanks!
