fuse box???

this has got to be my weorst question yet
but where can i find the fuse box in the 82
looked all over and cant find it.. its bad enough the guy before me hacked it up but now

It's up and to the left from where your foot is when it's stomping on the brake pedal. You have to be on your back on the driver's side floor, looking up under the dash, to see it.

Silly place for it. I'd like to find a wiring harnes for my body-off rebuild that puts the fuse box up front or anywhere with easier access.
