Engine Vibration at 4K RPMs
I have about 1000 miles on my fresh zz383. I feel a vibration through the pedal/shifter/steering wheel between 4 and 4.5k rpms. Nothing before that, nothing after.
I have long tubes w/no cross over. Do you think it could just be the exhaust pulsing that is causing the vibrations? Engine seems 100% in all other respects.

Do a search on my posts in this section over the last 3 weeks. My issue mmay not be the same as yours but there is a ton of good advice already posted of where you might be getting the vibration from. Mine is between 3-4k nothing before and nothing after. So far I have eliminated driveshaft, pulley's and and transmission. Looking at Pressure plate and flywheel now.
Good luck! hopefully you want have to puill anything apart. I am pulling the tranie again right now.
