It might have wiped out the cam too,but it was about the fuel pushrod,that caught my attention.Also you guys know how to make a guy scratch his head doughting his decision.I was going to get the bronze tip pushrod but spent the extra money to hopfully make sure the cam lobe wont fail.I guess i can be the guinea pig for this,i will let everyone know if something happens down the road.

I dont know what the pressure is on the fuel pump lever, but I doubt its anywhere near what the pressure is on a roller spring.

There seems to be plenty of oils out there for flat tappit cams, if money is just no problem crower has #00033= 8620 steel billet hardface solid/flat tappit camshaft. Just tell them what you want the specs to be.
