I have a lot of respect for someone restoring a C3, who lives in Australia, NZ, England, Europe, etc. It's challenging enough here in the US without out an ocean and tariff, duty, shipping regulations and US vendors who won't, or don't know how, to ship overseas. Also, there's metric/English tool differences.
