Default Engine suffix label questions

Was there an engine suffix label attached to rear of the RH valve cover when the car came from the factory in 1971 ? Dec. 1970 built.
If so, would it be the same letters as the stamped info on the engine pad, or would it be something else ? In my case the stamped letters are CPH---454 w/4 spd.
If a suffix label stamp did come on the engine, does anyone know who is making them or where I can get a reproduction label ?
Thanks for any help.

Yes, there was a label on the rear of the passenger's side valve cover to help the workers on the line identify the engine. It matched the engine suffix.
Here's a picture of the ORIGINAL sticker from my 71, 350/270.
No one is making the labels for cars newer than 1969. A few NCRS folks are making them using their computer.
Regards,
Alan

I'm sorry its so small. I don't know what happened. Its black letters on a yellow background, about 1 1/8" x 2 1/4".
