There's not much in there. You just replace some seals and clean it out good. Mine was in pretty good shape to begin with I guess.

I'd agree with rebuilding your own. If you just don't have any mechanical aptitude, use the rebuilding outfit listed above. I would not recommend getting a rebuilt one at an auto parts store (especially AutoZone). Rebuild kits for your pump and cylinder are relatively inexpensive and the work is easy (once you get the parts cleaned and repainted). Buy new hoses, also.
