78 interior question...Help
is there any way to tell if my interior door panels are orginal or aftermarket.? Also who makes the best repro interior pcs... door panels,sun visors,carpet,seat covers,etc. that look like the orginal (78 pace car silver) and will they pass judging? thanks Tom.

I can not answer your question on oringinal door panels.Al Knock has been around as long as I can remember and has a good product line,all of the major vendors,Mid America,Corvette Central,Paragon,Volunteer etc all sell interiors and are of good quality.I am sure that more good information will be forthcoming on this forum for you to make a good choice.I believe you will be more then happy with your new silver panels. The only interior item I had to replace on my 79,oringinal owner car was my drivers seat bottom,it was from Al Knock,color match was right on,red.

The original door panels on my pace car are cardboard, I am about to redye them, they are faded bad. I just installed a new dash from Al Knoch and it is really good quality.
