Default Does this Yoke look right?
Specifically- look how there is a twist in the splines.. The other side was the same way, but not as pronounced.
This is the first time I have pulled the yokes out so aside from tiny pictures in the catalogs I have never seen them up close.
I already know they need to be replaced because my endplay was high and the distance between the face and top of the C clip is only .147 - I'm just curious if anyone else has seen anything like it or if its normal.

soft yoke, overloaded, not even good for a core I'm afraid. Given enough abuse they would have broken, good you caught it in time.

Oh well. at least now I have an old yoke for setting up the posi on the bench! Thanks again for the help gary.
