Inop Windshield Wipers
I recently bought my wife a 1978 and discovered the windshield wipers do not work. I hear the motor click when I flip the switch, but that's it.
Any suggestions before I dump $200 towards a new motor? Yes, I checked the fuse and it is good.
On the bright side, I was able to get the horn to work.

that is an indication the motor is not physically at its park position.
the motor has to be at the park position to operate, it will click and nothing else.
also you will need to verifiy the vacuum relay interlock is working properly.
