Just read a thread over in the C3 Tech section that has a few names of folks that do work on gauges. Maybe one of them can help you out on the clock.

You can purchase the clock movement kit, it's cheap and anyone can install it. http://willcoxcorvette.com/product_i...oducts_id=2855

The main problem with the electric clocks is the clutch in the clock. The instructions that come with the kit detail how to test and make adjustments with the clock clutch too!

Your clock should be a quartz clock, and it is rare that they fail. I would make sure to pull the dash bezel center and test the power going to the clock before I rebuild it. I would hate to see you tear it out and have another issue.

On the low fuel warning module, I have the schematic here for it if this will help you. http://willcoxcorvette.com/repairand...lp.php?hID=211

I also have them used in stock. You can find them in the "used section" on the web site. http://willcoxcorvette.com/product_i...ducts_id=25751

Have you inspected the printed circuit board yet? Both issues may be related to the printed circuit too!
