What is the proper lug nut torque on a 69 vette with stock rally wheels ?

The 100 mile re-torque is a good idea even on steel wheels.

I agree. I usually leave the center caps off for a month and re-check a few times.

The 75 ft.lbs. figure is listed in the GM Chassis Service Manual, too.
