It won't be easy. The hard part is trying to fit up wheel speed sensors at each wheel. Maybe if you could graft on the front and rear wheel ends from a C4 Vette it could be accomplished.
Short answer-NO! GM spends millions to perfect programming for each car. If you used C4 axles, the hardware could be done, but the software to make it work when you needed it would be impossible.

Yes and no. Depends on how fancy you want to get. Some of the older rear wheel only ABS systems look like they'll work on other vehicles (I'm plumbing one into my street rod), but the four wheel systems look like an engineering nightmare for the average guy (YMMV). I suppose it depends on how bad you want a system in your car. My experience has been that with the Corvette's low C/G, and the decent weight distribution, ABS is just not that big of a necessity compared to the braking issues on a fwd minivan, for instance.

I read somewhere way back that aftermarket ABS systems actually worsened braking abilities, too...
Depending on the year you own, most of our vettes are light and low. The only place ABS would benefit would be low traction situations like heavy rain or snow. Most of y'all don't drive in those conditions anyways, so no real point. I've personally never had any times where I'd have benefitted from ABS, and I drive mine every day with the stock braking system.
Does your car not stop well? Maybe you just need to get the brakes up to par. If I romp on the brakes it will lock up all 4 255 tires and my eyes will almost pop out of my head.
living in mn and driving cars with abs for years i have to say abs really sucks. you get one wheel on ice it take away the ability for the other wheels to stop the car. it may work for the soccer moms talking on the phone but for me i don't like some computer telling me what i need and when i need it.

One loose tire and it is jabbing on your brakes. So how about the roads today.

There is something wrong with your system. There is individual wheel control on all modern day ABS systems. Each wheel will act independently of the others to give maximum braking for the road surface it’s on.

there is nothing wrong with the abs on my truck! every one that i now who has abs system dislikes it! both the trucks i had did the same thing!

Is it a chevy? I remeber my uncles 03 z71's abs being very touchy. If you had the brakes on and hit a pothole the thing could start jabbing at the brakes. And if you get onto wet road paint it would also start acting up.
If you don't drive the Vette in the snow or in downpouring rain, why do you need an ABS system? It's a great system in bad conditions...it allows you to steer and not get yourself into a slide, even though you cram on the brakes in an emergency manuever. That doesn't sound like something I would be putting my Corvette through.
