Default Rear Bumper Assembly

Hey Giyes, I had to replace the rear clip on my 69 and i cannot get anything to line up. I have no holes anywhere on the new clip to go off of. I need help here. Pictures of assembled rear bumpers would be nice and a good way to measure and lay-out the bumpers.

Thanks

Ray

use your bumpers as a reference for the mounting holes,
position the bumpers squarely and mark the holes,
the brackets will adjust to the the bumper.
double check diminsions agaisnt the holes in the old clip.

Hi Ray,
Here's one of the bumper pictures I've scanned.
Don't over tighten any of the bolts!!!! It's VERY easy to crack the fiber glass trying to use the bolts to line things up and get he gaps right.
Happy New Year!
Regards,
Alan
