Default 70 Build Sheet?

1970 conv.
Exactly where on the tank should I find the Build Sheet. It probably isn't there but I want to check without any disassembly.

Thx

I Buddy,
The sheet can be on either side of the filler neck. Move the gasket out of the way and try to look with a flashlight. You can often see a hint of it.
Regards,
Alan

If you don't find it on the tank, don't fret. They have been found in many different locations, including under the dash, stuffed in areas around the tank, and so forth and so on. I have a '76 which I bought new, however, and I have never been able to locate it.

The tank sticker on my 70 you could see through the fuel opening as stated above. Depending on the location on the tank you may or may not be able to see it. There should have been one orignally on you tank, but other copies can sometmes be found in other locations in the car.
