What is the material used to seal under the chrome t shaped trim that the T Tops ride on.

You are not likely to find the exact same stuff, but automotive seam sealer is a good substitute.

Thanks. Will this material work around the ends of the weatherstriping and to seal between the stainless trim pieces that go around the tops?

Yes, it will do and maybe some strip caulk, if you want more body.

The product some of the other posts are referring to is a box of 3M Strip-Caulk. It's black in color and never hardens ... sold at NAPA, and many other automotive supply stores.
