Security System

How does one arm/disarm the Alarm system on a 81 Just got the horn going the other day and this evening the horn started honking when i shut the car off and then quit after a minute or so .
I am assuming this is the Security System and if I turned it on. I do not know how I acoomplished this feat.

To arm and disarm the factory alarm you turn the key in the door lock the oppisit way of locking and unlocking the door.
I don't remember what the exact proceedure is, but this might help you out to start with. The full instructions are in the owners manual...

this only applys to the drivers door lock
