Hey guys i havent been on in a long time. I was busy working on school and stuff. so i finally got time on to wokring on the batmoblie again and while dynomating the trunk i noticed this box like thing hangin seems pretty beat up and some wires are cut and hangin from it maybe you can ideify it and let me know what it is for.






looks like this piece is snaped in half and put on with a cimp...

which one? i looked under the car and saw the wires lead all over the place. thing is my gas gauge stoped wokring and i think it might be one of those wire or that big one snaped in half. the wire when un ravlled looks like a coaxal wire for cable sortat...

the coax looking wire is the antenna...some sort of signal booster, or one of those gizmos you plug into the antenna so you can listen to your ipod on 89.8fm.

the antena i have is an automatic one and the wire under car lead some were else. why would they use that

whats that other box like thing then? stuff for the tail lights?

nvm you are right my friend after further inspection i see that they it was tied next to the gas tank and then ducked way in some small corner to the antena.

buy a new antennsa cable, or go to radio shack and get a coax kit and make a connector...I would just buy a new cable.

lol... well there are some cut wires there so just wondering what it was so i could replace it. does the gas thank wire that leads to the gauge in one of these? cause my gas gauge dont work. so if that wirethen i can replace it.
