Inside frame rail treatment?
Just got my frame back from powder coating, looks great. Before I start reassembly I want to treat the inside of the frame rails. I think I have decided on Eastwood rust converter topped with rust encapsulator. What I am looking for is a way to spray it inside the frame rails. I searched the threads and someone said Eastwood sells a wand that sprays inside but I called them and they no longer carry it. Can anyone tell me who sells something I can use to spray inside the frame rails?

I have seen guys use a bug sprayer from Home Depot. They are around $20, so having to toss it after use isn't so bad. If the liquid you are spraying isn't too thick, and appearance isn't an issue, then that might be the ticket.

Yes they did do the inside of the frame where it was accessable but not deep inside the rails. I removed the end caps of the rails prior to coating so they did get a good way in. I guess I wll experiment with the bug sprayer today but I am not sure it will reach all the way either.

Great idea, thanks for all the great info. Will order the rust treatment today and get it done next week. Cant wait to actually start putting parts back togeather. Guess I need to start working and quit staring at my powder coated frame like a drooling idiot.
