I was working behind the glove box (doing a glove box disassembly) on the 1978 and this part fell out onto the floor - see pic below. Part number says 3839756, which is some type of capacitor. There's no two prong connector in the general area behind the glove box that exactly matches the two connectors (at least that I could find) so I'm left scratching my head.
Can someone tell me where it gets connected to?

oh man... now you've done it.. you've gone and pulled the starter thingamabob. do NOT try start your car without it, it will totally screw up the engine/starter.
jk. its from the flasher fuse, it goes in right along with it. if you replaced your flasher fuse to an electronic heavy duty one, you wont need that
edit: you do know what fuse im talkinga bout right? its (on my 79) on the bottom right of your fuse box, the round thing
