HAS ANYONE TAKEN THE BODY OFF FRAME USING FLOOR JACK AND PUTTING TIMERS UNDER BODY UNTIL THE HEIGHT IS WERE I CAN ROLL OUT FRAME.

you bet, I used 4x4's and blocked the body as I went up slowly.
slowly jack the body until you can slide 4x4's
between the chasis and the frame,
after you get the main 2 under it, use 2 more 4x4's
going from front to back under the 2 previous 4x4's and your ready to raise it high enoung to get the rolling chassis out, some one recently did a good write up with pictures.

If the gas tank and engine happen to be out first you don't need to lift the body so high.
Having 6 friends does make it easier, but I ended up using the jacks and timbers method.

I also did mine this way. Lots of going in and out from under the car.Just be safe.

I used some padding on top of the timbers and jacked them against the under body. You need to be careful that the loads are well spread so you don't chance cracking the fiberglass.
Once the body was just above the frame I put some blocks of wood on the timbers and jacked against the rocker channels.
