I need some help here
I ordered some parts for my 69 vette from a good named dealer,
I wont say there name because I am still in talks with them about my 10%discount on orders 850.00 shipping charges can not be added. and up. here are the numbers, tell me if I made a mistake please
This is what I emailed them
Total of order was 954.96 shipping not included
less 10% discount is 859.46
My discount is 95.50
You discounted me 12.59 as a return. this is not correct.
Please correct this error.
This is what they emailed me.
We could only refund you the difference on what had already shipped since your card had been charged.
We then applied the discount to the remainder of the order.
I dont understand this jiberish. 10% is 10% doesnt matter if they had to split the order because they didnt have it in stock, they still owe me
82.91 am I wrong here.

I have had to gently remind a couple of well-known vendors about core rebates and missing parts in the past. Most of these companies are very small in terms of staff but they are willing to make things right.
