Default Power Windows

I have a '77 corvette that I am currently trying to restore, and improve on. But I ran into a problem with the windows. They are not working for some reason, and there does not appear to be a fuse out and the motors work just fine. I directly attatched power to find this out. Does anyone know where the problem could be?

Do you hear any grinding noise when you press the switch? If so, the gear on the regulator may be missing teeth. This a commomn problen on these cars.

You might have just kicked the IGN tap out of the fuse box. There should be 2 wires that plug into the fuse box for the windows. One is pink and black and plugs in the hole marked IGN and the other is black and orange and plugs in a hole marked ACCY

Check to see if you have power coming out of the relay (bad relay?). Below is a link to the circuit diagramg for a 78' Should be the same as your 77"
