Never worked on any cars before and want to change my plugs.I have owned the car for a year don't know the last time they where replaced is there a chance that they could be stuck in place. I do not want to break off a plug or am I worry about nothing.
no you should be ok ,when putting the spark plugs back in the engine (ALWAYS START THEM BY HAND THAT WILL MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE THEM CROSSTHREADED IN THE HEAD).
i have seen people bring there cars to me with cross threaded spark plugs, because they just put the plug in the end of the spark plug socket and hooked it to the rachet and titened them in the head by the rachet from the getgo.
Just make sure the socket is all the way on before you start wrenching. You break the porcelain part of the plug when the socket slips off the hex part of the plug. If you do break one it's no big deal. Just remove what's left of it and put in a new one.
Just a cautionWhenever you are going to work on your car take a few minutes to disconnect the battery first !!
It can save you more headaches than you can imagine.
An easy way to start the new plugs is to put a lenght of rubber hose over the end, and thread it in that way. It's impossible to cross thread them that way.

you shoulnt have a problem, just do one at a time
hope this helps
And make sure you put the wire on before you move to the next plug. You don't want all the wires disconnected at the same time.

Don't forget to check the spark plug gap. Don't ever trust that they are gapped correctly out of the box. They have been known to change during shipping. Have fun on the drivers side front 2 plugs. They are a real pain to get to from the top. It is easier from the bottom.
i feel your pain, and i thought that i did pretty good with two days, compared to some of the horror stories i heard on here. sure i could just route them down over or whatever but then its not correct!
