There is no separate headlight washer pump, there is one pump to serve windshield and headlights and a "valve" (on driver's side of the wiper motor) to distribute water between windshield and headlights.
So do you mean the main pump?
Somewhere on the forum is a post with some pictures explaining the 69 washer pump principles - but can't find it right now.

it's a yellow and a dark-blue wire. You can find them in AIM wiring diagram (p. 293) near the wiper motor (two pin connector).

Gunpowder, thanks! I have everything all set up except for the yellow plastic piece on the right that goes through the anti-drip solenoid. Any idea where I could get it? Did all '69s have headlight washers?

Sorry, have no idea where to get spare parts for 69 wiper motor/washer pump. I know they are very rare. You could ask Willcox or Paragon, they may have some refurbished parts?

AFAIK all 69 did have the headlight washers - disappeared 70 or 71.

Okay, so '69 is the one with the 4-port washer/anti-drip solenoid. Some '70s and '71s had the rare 5-port washer pump. I had to buy the whole solenoid from Melrose T-Tops for $150 - that was the best price I could find. They are sending me a diagram too, because it looks to be a messy setup.
