C3 Brakes - Help
Calipers re sleeved (stainless), booster re kitted, new rotors, new pads, re cond master (now around 2 years ago), blead 4 times but still after 3 weeks a firm brake pedal is spongy and travels way too far to pull up.
Air in the lines?
Hoses not changed as they look OK!
Any suggestions welcomed.

Air for sure........
Try bleeding again, start with right rear wheel.

There are a number of ways to address it, if you do a search you'll probably find a bunch of threads on it.
Good luck... GUSTO
Are you driving the car some during those 3 weeks?
If you are, it sounds like the rear rotors are pumping air into the rear calipers and they need to be checked with a gauge and shimmed for 'run out'.
Since you did all that work on the brakes I think changing the rubber lines would have been a good thing to do while everything was apart. I don't know how much you can judge the condition of a rubber line by appearance. Perhaps they're a little porous and are letting some air in.
Getting air into the system is a problem lots of Corvette owners wrestle with.

Gusto... you're a faster typist than I am!!!
