Help--side fender repaint

can someone walk me through the steps on repair and paint left side rear fender--have a paint chip approx size of a 50 cent pc. top edge left rear side fender--approx 2 feet past edge of drivers door--paint is base coat clear coat--I know I can smooth out the chip but I need some help on what to do about the paint--I have the base coat and clear coat etc to do the job juist need someone who has been their to help me through the process --the chip is a long story and for another thead---camber

really would like to do this job myself with you guys beside me thanks guys--

You can probably blow in the colour but will likely have to clear the whole panel.

How deep is the chip and is it below the top edge of the fender or does it cross over the top?
